When several coaches work with the same surfers, it helps to keep the sessions in one place. An organisation in Prosurfingtools gives your club a shared training list, a coach and surfer roster, and an overview of training activity.
The organisation dashboard shows training, heat and message counts, recent trainings and activity charts. Open a training from the club list to review its sessions, waves and feedback.
Invite coaches and surfers by email. Each coach uses their own account and can switch between personal and organisation trainings. The club roster helps you select the people taking part in each training.
Create a training from the organisation’s training list and choose the surfers and judges. Member coaches can view the club’s trainings; the training author and assigned judges run the session and record feedback. Use Competition for scored heats or Technical for work on individual waves.
The organisation owner can manage coach and surfer membership as the club changes. Removing a coach from the organisation does not delete the trainings already recorded, so the club can still return to those sessions.
Coaches can run their own sessions as well as work with the club. Separate training lists make it clear which sessions belong to the organisation, while each training records its author and assigned judges.
Yes. Member coaches can open trainings from the organisation’s shared list. Viewing a training does not automatically give every coach permission to score or edit it.
Coaches in an active Organisation Pro plan inherit Pro access through the organisation. They do not need a separate personal Pro subscription for that access.
No. Removing organisation membership leaves the existing training records in place.
Yes. Personal trainings and organisation trainings appear in separate lists. Coaches choose where to create each training.
